The La Mesa Village Association's 9th annual
Holiday in the Village event is right around the corner. This year we will
offer NEW and exciting enhanced holiday traditions that are fully
immersed in La Mesa’s charm in addition to your annual favorites. Best of all, the activities are FREE to enjoy!
New this year:
- Synthetic Ice Skating Rink, 12 - 9 pm: Glide
into the holidays with a magical ice skating experience. This FREE activity takes place from 12 - 9 pm. Be

- Mrs. Claus Reading Nook, 1 - 9 pm: Enjoy holiday stories read aloud by Mrs. Claus at the top of each hour beginning at 1 pm. Stories are approximately 15-minutes, followed by time for fun photo opportunities.
- Gingerbread House Photo Op, 12 - 9 pm: Stop by the gingerbread shoppe to snap a festive photo with family & friends
- Winter Wonderland, 12 - 9 pm: Kids can bounce & play in a variety of fun inflatables
- Miniature Golf, 12 - 9 pm: Putt your way through our festive 18-hole holiday miniature golf course with fun themes at each hole.
- Elf Adventure Trail, 12 - 7:45 pm: Hunt for hidden elves in downtown La Mesa! Find all 12 elves hiding in business storefronts
along La Mesa Blvd. between Spring St.
and 4th St. for your chance to win your very own elf. Click here for info on how to participate.
- Kids Holiday Shopping Program, 12 - 9 pm: A variety of participating vendors and local businesses will offer items at a reduced price for kids 10 years and under to shop for holiday gift giving!

- Selfies with Santa (and Mrs. Claus too), 3 - 8 pm
- Elf Yourself, 12 - 9 pm (while supplies last)
- Strolling Carolers, 12 - 9 pm

Voting is open thru Dec. 16th! Vote for your favorite 2024 Holiday Storefront Decorations in downtown La Mesa! Enjoy all the beautiful holiday decor displays throughout the Village this season while you shop, dine & explore your way down La Mesa Blvd.!
